ORDERS & PAYMENTS ON THE #NYLONshop:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card payments as well as PayPal payments. 


We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers.


We frequently offer special daily discounts and or flash-sale prices, however we are unable to offer post-order price matching when an item's price drops after you buy it. 


When placing your order, please make sure that you use the billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit statement. In the event that your information does not match exactly what your credit card has on file, your order may be held pending verification.    This may require us to contact your directly. When specifying shipping address information, be sure to check that the zip code, city and state are correct. If according to delivery service's records, this information does not match their records, we may have to contact you to update this information and this may delay your order. 


SHIPPING ON THE #NYLONshop:

Items are shipped directly from our vendors. You will receive an update with tracking information when your item ships.

If you've ordered multiple items from different vendors, they may arrive separately.

US Standard Shipping & Handling (7-10 business days**): 

$2.99 for items under $10

$7.99 for items over $10*

 $12.99 for items over $50*

 $20.00 for items over $100*

 $25.00 for items over $500*

*additional shipping may be added at checkout for select fragile or bulky items that require additional shipping care.

**Allow 3 days for order processing before shipment. Note: some hand-made & made-to-order items may require additional shipping time as stated on their product page (i.e. LUNCCHB0XX Clothing, Burger and Friends)

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.  Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.   It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.  Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.


By placing an order with NYLON, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to NYLON. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

All return requests must be unworn, unwashed merchandise in the same condition and packaging you received it. Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable and will be denied. We do not do returns or exchanges to countries outside the US.

We will respond within 24 hours to your request and if approved, we will provide you with the address(es) to send your item(s) back to. At this time, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and customs fees.  Upon receipt of your item in acceptable condition and notification by the vendor/brand it originated from, we will refund your full purchase amount (shipping is non-refundable). 


The following items are non-returnable and exchanges/credit will not be issued for the following:


  • All items purchased on sale.
  • Hair accessories, cosmetics, jewelry, intimates, bodysuits or swimwear.
  • Vintage items
  • Loulou Loves You

  • OCC and Priti NYC,

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items** cannot be refunded, they are final sale. We also do not accept international returns.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Items will only be replaced by vendors if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shop@nylonmag.com.
