At NYLON shop, we do everything we can to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If for some reason you aren't 100% satisfied, you may return your product within 30 days of purchase for free, as long as it is unused in the original condition and packaging. Please note that we do not accept returns for refund on sale/promo/discounted items, only exchanges. We do not accept returns for products that are handmade. If your return is approved we will issue a refund as soon your items are received back at their original ship location. Shipping and taxes will not be included. We cannot accept returns on final-sale merchandise, special-order items or items damaged through normal wear and tear as well as any items purchased with a coupon code or items that are discounted are final sale, non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We currently don’t accept returns on international merchandise. We also cannot guarantee changes to an order once the order has begun to be processed.


As long as your return adheres to the requirements provided, follow these steps to return your product:

  1. Please fill out your return/exchange request here.
  2. After reviewing your return/exchange request, we will email you a label and RA form. Print out the shipping label and RA form. 
  3. Place the RA form inside the package and securely attach the label to the original packaging used to ship your products.
  4. Drop the package off at the shipping carrier’s closest location.

We will receive and review the products you’ve returned. If you’ve met all of our return policy requirements, we will process the refund and send you a confirmation email. We are only able to credit the original payment method used to make the purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for this process.



  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card payments as well as PayPal payments. 
  • We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers.
  • We frequently offer special daily discounts and or flash-sale prices, however we are unable to offer post-order price matching when an item's price drops after you buy it. 

When placing your order, please make sure that you use the billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit statement. In the event that your information does not match exactly what your credit card has on file, your order may be held pending verification. This may require us to contact your directly. When specifying shipping address information, be sure to check that the zip code, city and state are correct. If according to delivery service's records, this information does not match their records, we may have to contact you to update this information and this may delay your order. 


  • Items are shipped directly from our vendors. You will receive an update with tracking information when your item ships. 
  • If you've ordered multiple items from different vendors, they may arrive separately. 
  • We currently ship to the US, UK, Canada, and select countries worldwide (2-3 weeks)
  • US Standard Shipping & Handling (7-10 business days) 

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.  Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.   It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.  Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

By placing an order with NYLON, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to NYLON. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.
