At NYLONshop, we do everything we can to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If for some reason you aren't 100% satisfied, you may return your product within 30 days of purchase for free, as long as it is unused in the original condition and packaging and you are a domestic customer. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund as soon your items are received back at their original ship location. Shipping and taxes will not be included.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges of any kind on final-sale merchandise, intimates, beauty products, the NYLON box, special-order items or items damaged through normal wear and tear as well as any items purchased with a coupon code. We currently do not accept returns on international merchandise or from international customers. We also cannot guarantee changes to an order once the order has begun processing.

Please note that NYLON cannot be held responsible for the loss of a parcel due to the shipping service, or theft under any circumstances. 


  1. Select the item you would like to return by entering your order number here.
  2. If your return/exchange is approved, you will be issued a pre-paid shipping label.
  3. Drop the package off at the shipping carrier’s closest location or have your local delivery person take the parcel during their route.

    Once we receive the products you've returned, we will review their state. If you’ve met all of our return policy requirements, we will process the return and send you a confirmation email. We are only able to credit the original payment method used to make the purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for this process.

    If a return label is issued for return, the customer will have 7 business days to ship the parcel before it being deemed overdue. If the parcel is shipped post 7 business days, the return will be processed as return for merchandise credit only.
